Return Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days, within the 7 days you get the full retail amount for store credit only. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Worn, custom or altered jewelry pieces are not eligible for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

No Refunds 

All sales are final.

Watch Refunds

All watches are guaranteed to be authentic. If you ever have any concerns about the authenticity of your watch and wish to return it within the initial return period, you will need to provide a certified letter signed and verified by an authorized dealer or an authorized manufacturer service center. This letter must confirm that the watch is not original authentic manufacturer equipment. Only then will DJ issue a complete refund. Please note that this return exception does not apply to aftermarket parts such as diamond bezels, dials, and straps/buckles, which are not eligible for a refund. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@danieljewelryny.com and send your item to: 80 Main St, Hempstead NY 11550, United States.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 80 Main St, Hempstead NY 11550, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
