If you would like to exchange your product, please contact our online sales team at sales@danieljewelryny.com. Please supply a receipt or proof of purchase, and a brief explanation for your intended exchange. To ensure your exchange, we will have you return the item you received; once the return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item through an online credit.
